Yes, it is 20th Century and we are progressing rapidly into the future. We are getting more and more comfort by inventing and discovering new elements. Since it is very important to keep moving ahead with advanced technologies, new ideas, better equipment and awesome gadgets that has made our lives simple. But it is also important to take care of what we are losing in the battle of advancement. You can find in yourself lacking certain small things like lack of concentration, poor health, less physical activities, no exercise and good diet etc. Because we are so drowned in software world that we have forgotten our own basic life. Extensive use of gadgets is bad for our health and for students it becomes worst sometimes.

Avoiding Electronic Gadgets while Studying:

A small ding dong ring from your cell can take you to such distractions that it takes even hours to set back to your study table. Our body and mind wants to be relaxed and do easy things they never want to leave their comfort zone ever. Like we have read in physics everything wants to be in in their lowest potential. Same goes with our mind and body. We always keep on doing things that interests us. One of them is using a laptop or a similar gadget like phone or tablet. They can catch your eyes in a fraction of seconds. So it is highly recommended to put your mobiles or other electronic gadgets away while your are studying. Avoiding Electronic Gadgets can be one of the first things you should do before starting your studies. It is never a big deal to put your phone on silent mode before you start working. It can save you hours that can be used for a effective learning session.

If you see that your phone has just received a message please don’t care about it if you are in between you study session. That may not be useful, i can be bad joke or just another notification from a social platform. But once you take you mobile in your hand, the story just starts and you keep on checking new videos, go through the news feed and it becomes an hour long process in seconds. After an hour if you tries to get back to your studies you may find yourself in a dilemma to study or not to, as your will and wish to study has already gone. Your mind will not concentrate on books now, is is stuck on a very catchy picture your just saw and you keep on planning to visit. Avoiding electronic gadgets is the first thing you have to do for a better level of concentration.
